Murphy/Scoular is a family run firm established in 1993. We have prime location offices in Ayr and Kilmarnock and offer clients a wealth of experience in the areas of Financial Services, Residential Lettings and Property Management.

The Financial Services is based in our Ayr Office. We are independent mortgage brokers offering clients advice on mortgages and general insurance from the whole market. We have an enviable reputation for offering a very professional and efficient service, making the process stress free for clients.

We have a Residential Lettings Department in both our Ayr and Kilmarnock Offices, covering the whole of Ayrshire. We manage and let a large number of properties throughout the county offering potential Landords a number of specific packages tailormade to their requirements, from a Full Management Service to just Finding a Tenant Only.

The Residential Property Management Service is based in our Kilmarnock Office. We manage property throughout Ayrshire and Glasgow, including blocks of flats and residential developments.
