Murphy/Scoular has a large residential lettings Department in both our Ayr and Kilmarnock Offices. We provide a large number of tailor made packages to suit each client’s requirements. We offer both a Full Management Service and a Tenant Finder Only Service.

We meet clients at the Property to be Let, in order to assess and determine the rental value, and discuss the most suitable package for a clients needs. We pride ourselves on having a transparent fee structure that is extremely competitive and easy to understand.

Our service as a letting agent includes advice on compliance with all regulations, effective marketing of the property, and we carry out all the viewings on the property too. Clients can rest assured that all potential tenants are subject to a credit check and strict reference checks. All tenants pay a holding deposit to reserve the property and prior to moving in, tenants pay one month in advance plus a month’s rent as deposit.

We draw up all the legal documents including the lease etc., and an inventory of the property will be taken. Regular inspections are carried out at the property and we deal with all maintenance issues throughout the tenancy. In the event of an emergency, we have a back up team on call to deal with any issues. We pride ourselves on the professional Letting Service we offer clients.
