Murphy/Scoular Financial Services are Independent Mortgage Brokers, offering Mortgages and General Insurance from the whole of the market. We assist a variety of clients, from First Time Buyers, Home Movers, clients Remortgaging for various reasons, Buy to Let, to those purchasing via a more specialised scheme, like Shared Equity (including the LIFT Scheme), or Shared Ownership. We are an extremely professional organisation, having a wealth of experience and specialised knowledge, to assist clients often with even the most complicated circumstances.

Our service involves searching the whole of the market to find the most competitive and suitable mortgage for your needs. We take you step by step through the whole process, making it as clear as possible, organising everything including Solicitors and Surveyors, to ensure it is as stress free as possible.

We are based in our Ayr Office, and clients can arrange a face to face appointment, or we can deal with clients via telephone and email. Indeed a large number of our clients are spread throughout the UK,( we are very familiar with both the English and Irish house buying systems too), and even internationally.

All our Staff’s remuneration is salary, not commission based, and as such give each client totally unbiased advice. Our aim is to build up a long term relationship with all our clients, and their families, who will then continue to use our services as their life changes.

Your initial consultation is obligation free. There will be a minimum fee for our mortgage service of £200. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances, the mortgage loan amount and will be discussed and agreed with you, prior to making a mortgage application.
