Please visit us on Rightmove for a full list of available properties. We are happy to arrange viewings and explain our services to you.

We offer a six month short assured tenancy on all properties. A non- refundable deposit is required to hold a property, whilst references are being checked.

On completion of successful reference checks, a move in date will then be arranged. An appointment will be made for you to come to our office in order for you to sign all the necessary paperwork. If it is your first time renting a property, don’t worry, we will explain everything to you before you sign the agreement.

A full inventory will have been taken of the property. A copy of this will be given to you, and you should ensure that you thoroughly check it at the property. Once you have done so, you must sign and return it to our office. This avoids any misunderstanding when you move out.

You can contact Murphy/Scoular with any issues regarding the property during your tenancy. We will arrange the necessary tradesman to contact you for access to repair.

As per the terms of our lease agreement, we will carry out periodic inspections of the property. We will write to you at least one week beforehand to arrange a suitable time.

We do not have an administration fee for tenants, but please bear in mind there is a small fee for processing credit checks.

All problems regarding the property during the currency of the lease, are dealt with by our team of letting agents. In the event of an emergency, we have a back up team on call to deal with any issues.
